Ever wonder why you go to rearrange the furniture in a room but the indention in the carpet won't come out where the furniture used to sit? There could be a simple explanation for this and it probably is the last thing you would have thought of.
I was inspired to write this article this week after having a carpet cleaning customer that was convinced this was a cleaning issue, which it is not. After I explained it to the customer though they understood but it made me wonder how many other people don't understand what kind of carpet they are purchasing and how fiber content does make a difference.
