As a carpet cleaner since 1992 I am always being asked about different spots people get on their carpet and how they can remove them on their on. Sometimes these questions can be easily answered and sometimes the answers can be a bit more complex. It all depends on the type of spot, length of time it has been in the carpet and what has already been done to remove the spot. I have been asked about removing everything from apricot sauce to zebra blood, except for one thing. No one ever asks how to remove white wine. I get asked about red wine often but never once about white wine.Just once I would love to get asked this easy question. Since removing white wine is as easy flushing it with water. However maybe it has something to do with the fact that red wine drinkers are clumsier, maybe white wine drinkers just don't spill that much, not sure.
